About Jaymes Leavitt Photography
Jaymes Leavitt is an assignment photographer
in Boston specializing in portrait photography. He earned a Bachelor’s
degree in Visual Media and Design from Northeastern University and has
taken Fine Art Painting classes at The Museum School, the reputable
extension of the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston. He began his career
after assisting Christopher Harting, a prominent local photographer and
thereafter has assisted many fine
photographers including William Albert Allard and the late Theo Westenburger. Jaymes served as a photographer at April Graphics, a large commercial
catalog studio, and soon became Staff Photographer at Northeastern. Jaymes’ editorial clients have included Marie Claire, Ms.
Magazine, Boston Magazine, US News and World Report
and the London Daily News Weekend Magazine. His commercial
and advertising clients include Blue Cross Blue Shield, MA Department
of Public Health, Cabot, E-inc, and Biogen.
